Where are you products manufactured?

All of our products are designed and manufactured in the USA with materials and components sourced from all around the world.

What is the average lead time?

Standard production times can vary depending on the product, but we display an average lead time in the cart. All of our products are made to order so we estimate lead times to allow ourselves ample time to provide a quality product.

Do you allow returns?

Returns are allowed up to 30 days if conditions of our return policy are met. You can learn more here.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?

We allow a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order. After this time frame has expired, you can no longer make changes or cancel without fees due to starting the production process.

Do you send out samples of your finishes?

Yes, samples of our finishes can be ordered here.

Can you customize your products even more than what is offered?

Yes, we can. Email us with your inspiration and specifications and we can send you a quote for a full custom product.

We use both classic photography and computer generated renderings to display our products.
