Order Changes + Refund Windows

All Traditional Metals products are manufactured to order. Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production preparation and material purchasing may already be underway. If an order change or cancellation is requested after this period, we will assess any time, labor, and material costs incurred and apply a fee to cover those expenses.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided at the time of purchase. These estimates may vary depending on product complexity, materials, and current production demand.

Our typical production lead time is approximately 8–10 weeks from order approval to completion, though this timeline may vary depending on the nature of the project.

Once your order is completed, we will notify you that the product is ready to ship. At that point, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure arrangements can be made to receive the shipment if they are unavailable.

All shipments are standard curbside delivery. If indoor delivery is required, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order so the appropriate freight service and additional shipping fees can be arranged.

Returns

Because all products are custom fabricated and made to order, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns may only be approved if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product arrives with damage that compromises its structural integrity or quality.
  • The product received does not match the specifications of the original order.

Traditional Metals will review and determine the validity of any claim. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the return of the product and repair or replacement of the item.

Finish samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pricing + Product Changes

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, specifications and materials may occasionally vary slightly from product images. Traditional Metals reserves the right to improve or modify product designs when necessary.

General Terms

All product designs and fabrication details remain the creative property of Traditional Metals.

Traditional Metals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes become effective on the date they are published on this website.
