Terms & Conditions

Our products are manufactured per order, therefore you can only cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchasing. After 24 hours, production and material purchasing are already underway so we will not allow any changes without charging a fee that covers the time and material expenses that have incurred up to that point.

We will give an estimated lead time at the point of purchase but this is just an estimate and it could take more or less time to manufacture your piece depending on materials, components and the nature of the product. Our typical lead time for a product is around 4-8 weeks from the point of purchase to being ready to ship, but again, can vary depending on the product. We will notify you when the project is completed and ready to ship. It is then responsibility of the buyer to make sure that accommodations can be made if they are personally unable to receive the shipment. All shipments are standard curbside delivery. To add indoor delivery as an option, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will add the additional fees to your purchase.

Returns can be made up to 30 days from receiving your shipment if and only if the following conditions are agreed upon with Traditional Metals: the overall integrity of the product upon arrival does not meet our level of quality OR the customer receives a product that does not align with what was purchased on their order. Traditional Metals will determine the validity of any claim being made by the customer and if deemed responsible will cover returning the shipment, replacing the product and shipping again.

We do not allow any returns or exchanges for samples.

Designs are creative property of Traditional Metals. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change and will be effective on the day the changes were made live on our website. By purchasing from our site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
