Traditional Metals ships all across the US and Canada. All products are shipped upon completion. We do not offer holding at our facility due to limited space. We will notify you when the project is completed and ready to ship. It is then the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that accommodations can be made if they are personally unable to receive the shipment. All shipments are standard curbside delivery. To add indoor delivery as an option, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will add the additional fees to your purchase.

Shipping times can vary but are typically within 2-4 days depending on location This does not included production time, which is typically around 4-8 weeks before the product is ready to ship. Larger product shipments, such as chimney caps or furniture, are sent via LTL Freight so your shipping address can not be a limited access address.

On the rare occasion that the shipment arrives with visible damage, please do not accept the shipment and it will be returned back to us where we can file a claim with the freight company and fix or replace your product and ship again. If this is the case your project is made a priority so we can fix the inconvenience as quickly as possible. If the shipment is obviously damaged and you sign to accept it, there is nothing we can do as far as reimbursing or filing a claim. If the shipment arrives and there is partial damage but not enough to look like it affected the product, please have the driver note the damages and inspect the product once it is unboxed. If there is damage that was not visible on the outside, please take photos of it and contact us at info@traditionalmetals.com right away. We will have the shipment picked up and brought back to us so we can fix or replace your product and ship again.
